Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and passionateStock Market Trainer & Facultyto join our institute. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in trading, particularly inEquity, Derivatives and Commodity Markets, along with proventeaching skills. This role involves providing both theoretical and practical training, guiding students in live markets, and preparing them for NISM certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth training sessions inEquity, Derivative and Commodity Markets.

- Deliver practical sessions on Technical Analysis during live market hours.

- Guide and mentor students using virtual trading software, encouraging hands-on practice.

- Track and assess students performance based on trades

- Prepare daily reports on student performance and progress.

- Deliver the curriculum effectively, bothoffline and online,as per institute standards.

- Assign practical day-trading activities and maintain student engagement.

- Maintain high levels of student interaction and motivation throughout the course.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

-Graduate in anydiscipline with a sound understanding of stock market trading.

-NISM Certification (any module) is mandatory.

-Minimum 3 yearsof experience in training or teaching stock market

- Previous experience with a proprietary trading desk is an added advantage.

- Strong ability to connect with students, explain concepts clearly, and foster a positive learning environment.
