Job Title : Techno-Functional Analyst - Capital Markets & Securities

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Techno-Functional Consultant / Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in Capital Markets and Securities domain. The role involves managing and supporting applications across Cash and Derivatives segments, with strong functional expertise in custody back-office, settlement operations, and securities market processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Capital Market & Securities Application Management : Provide techno-functional support for applications handling Cash and Derivatives segments.

- Understand and manage complete trade lifecycle : Order - Trade - Clearing - Settlement - Custody - Corporate Actions.

- Support exchange connectivity including NSE, BSE, MCX, GIFT City and other exchanges.

- Ensure high availability and performance of trading and settlement systems.

- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve settlement breaks and production issues.

- Business Requirement & Techno-Functional Analysis : Gather and analyze business requirements from treasury and operations stakeholders.

- Prepare BRD/FRD documentation and translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

- Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and ensure timely closure of defects.

- Compliance & Governance Alignment : Ensure applications align with internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements (SEBI/Exchange).

- Support audit reviews and provide necessary documentation.

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, risk frameworks, and security guidelines.
