What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our underwriting team, assessing risks and making informed decisions on general insurance applications, ensuring profitable and responsible portfolio growth.

Key responsibility:

• Review and analyze general insurance applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assess risks associated with each application based on various factors.
• Determine appropriate coverage levels and premiums.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and company policies.
• Make informed decisions on accepting or rejecting applications.

• Maintain accurate records of all underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of general insurance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with underwriting software (preferred).
