Data Analyst - Financial Inclusion

What role you will play in team: You'll support our mission of financial inclusion by analyzing data to identify trends and improve our programs.

What you will do: Your role involves using data to measure program impact, identify underserved populations, and suggest improvements.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in financial inclusion.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
• Create dashboards and reports to track program performance.
• Collaborate with program managers to assess program impact.

• Identify underserved populations and suggest strategies for outreach.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Experience with statistical software such as R or Python (a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
