Data Scientist - Social Impact Measurement

What role you will play in team: You'll join our team dedicated to using data science to measure and improve the social impact of our initiatives.

What you will do: You'll design and implement data-driven solutions to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Build predictive models to forecast social impact outcomes.
• Visualize and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with program managers to improve program design and implementation.
  
• Identify and address ethical considerations related to data collection and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in social impact measurement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including data manipulation and visualization libraries.
• Experience with statistical modeling and causal inference techniques.
