Key responsibility:

• Review and analyze health insurance applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assess the risk associated with each application, considering medical history and other relevant factors.
• Determine appropriate coverage and premiums based on risk assessment.
• Make informed decisions on application approvals or denials.
• Maintain accurate records of all underwriting decisions and supporting documentation.
  
• Adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other underwriting staff to ensure consistent application of guidelines.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or actuarial science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health insurance products and underwriting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
