What you will do: You will independently manage and investigate complex claims, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reaching well-supported conclusions.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct thorough investigations into complex and high-value insurance claims.
• Gather evidence from various sources, including policy documents, medical records, witness statements, and police reports.
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Analyze evidence to determine liability and the extent of damages.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports that support claim decisions.

• Maintain accurate records of all investigative activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law enforcement, investigations).
• Proven experience in claims investigation or a related field.
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
