Senior Manager - Emerging Market Group-Calicut

Job role:

1) Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned.

2) Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.

3)Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.

4)Accountable for handling the general insurance product.

5)Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.

6) To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and agents.

Preferred candidate:

1) Team Handling is a must

2) Relationship Management

3) Sales Experience with product knowledge

4)Stakeholder Management

5)GI industry preferred.

6)Graduation is mandatory.

7)Candidates with operation background will not be a fit for this job profile.

8)Need to work on 100% on-field for sales of the policies.
