We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Health Agency team. The role involves recruiting and managing Health Agents/Advisors, driving sales of health insurance products, and ensuring strong business relationships across the channel.
Key Responsibilities:Acquire new Health Agents/Advisors on a regular basis and ensure their licensing and activation.
Manage and promote Health Retail Products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Health Agents.
Conduct regular field visits with agents or individuals for health policy sales.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
Meet agents, lead providers, and intermediaries regularly and maintain proper sales records.
Train and motivate agents to achieve business targets and qualify for contests.
Preferred Candidate Profile:Minimum 6 months of on-field sales experience in Agency/Insurance sales (any insurance product).
Graduation is mandatory. Diploma or part-time degree holders will not be considered.
Candidates with operations-only backgrounds will not be suitable for this profile.
Must be comfortable with 100% field-based sales work.
