Job Description
What role you will play in team: Support the actuarial team in managing the financial aspects of life insurance products.
What you will do: Analyze mortality data, pricing models, and other relevant information for life insurance products.
Key responsibility:
- Analyze mortality, morbidity, and lapse data to develop life insurance pricing models.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models used for pricing and reserving.
- Prepare actuarial reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various assumptions.
- Collaborate with other actuarial staff and business units.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in actuarial work (Internship experience acceptable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, MoSes).
