Life Insurance Agent Trainer

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in training and developing new life insurance sales agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

What you will do: You will create and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, coach and mentor agents, and track performance to optimize sales strategies.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new life insurance agents.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to agents to improve their performance.
• Track and evaluate agent performance to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in life insurance sales.
• Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement training strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, business administration).
• Experience in life insurance sales or training is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
