JOB OVERVIEW

Product & Partner Management Team is looking for a highly motivated and qualified professional with strong analytical to join their team.

The Product Specialist conducts in-depth research for different products at a worldwide level, allowing to improve product quality, and maximize cost savings and revenue opportunities across the company. Assists in building and maintening products, and building relationships with key stakeholders, and information contributors (sources).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting in-depth research to assess product compliance and feasibility for pre- employment screening/KYC purposes. The research should also disclose information regarding any limitations/restrictions in terms of the data available, Corruption Perception Index (CPI) in the country, sanctions/embargoes/blacklisting imposed on the products country, etc.
• Extracting relevant content from different sources and creating sourcing reports and product information in a format tailored to the needs of the company, such as Sourcing Report, Gathering Forms, Factsheets, etc.
• Categorizing and organizing source material to create clear and user-friendly reports.
• Participating in mapping processes by gathering product information, collecting and organizing data.
• Monitoring of the local news of different countries to identify any changes or situationsimpacting the services provided, such as any changes in requirements, source and way of processing, case management, holidays notifications, etc. and, communicate them to the team manager as well as to other internal stakeholders, when applicable.
• Conducting benchmarking to help us enhance our services and propose better alternatives.
• Helping with the implementation of new solutions as per the Governances and Product Life Cycle.
  
• Updating various internal files and systems to keep a trace of product information in the companys system and internal company tools.
• Monitoring Product Notifications and the application of any required changes.
• Proper monitoring of the respective products, ensuring the highest quality standards, compliance with legal obligations, and clarity in the information.
• Treatment of escalations in due time and form.
• Any other activities assigned by the management in compliance with the applicable legal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelors degree in law or journalism.
• High research and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Command of a second language will be an asset.
• 2-years experience in some research position, law, or journalism.
• High degree of problem-solving skills, personal motivation, curiosity, self-management, and ability to exercise independent judgment to complete tasks.
• Willingness to learn new concepts, research methods, and work routines with strong support and mentorship from the management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diligent and meticulous.
• High regard for compliance standards and quality control.
