Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the evolution and strategic growth of a Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise, product vision, and the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders to deliver high-impact risk solutions.

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the Counterparty Credit Risk platform
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in alignment with business objectives
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum business value
• Write clear user stories and define detailed acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
• Lead discussions with global teams on cross-regional product requirements
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role

• Strong experience with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) / Risk platforms
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and modern technologies
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex platforms
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Master s degree or certifications such as CFA, FRM are a plus
