Role Summary
The Locum Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Managers to support the recruitment across the US. This role is key to ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
• Assist in meeting client staffing needs.
• Submit candidates to clients and ensuring they have correct documentation.
• Arrange pre-screening calls and interviews with candidates.
• Create and send marketing emails for open roles to recruiters and vendors.
• Ensure candidate databases are accurate.
• Uploading confirmation letters and other documentation.
• Reviewing contract details to ensure they are correct
• Audit contract details to ensure accuracy, proactively reducing future errors.
• Partnering with other teams and departments.
• Assist with resolving invoice or timesheet errors, including travel expense queries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree educated.
• Experience in locum tenens staffing preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organisational skills.
• Customer-focused and committed to delivering an excellent experience.
• Ambitious and career-driven with a desire to grow.
