Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Finding candidate leads using internet research, email outreach, job boards, state licensing databases, alumni networks, LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Entering candidate information in internal databases, ensuring they are accurate.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to support staffing requirements.
- Managing candidate databases effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team where needed.
- Identify areas to improve efficiency of daily tasks.
