Job Description
CANDIDATE'S PROFILEWork experience in investment banking firm (front office or back office) with experience ranging from 3 year to 5 years. Passionate to work and build career in private equity industry.SKILLS AND TRAITS
- Strong financial modelling skill along with analytical & critical thinking capabilities. Must have excellent team work spirit, right attitude, effective writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to do extensive reading to build insights and foresights across sectors, companies, etc.
- Believe in high quality and timely delivery of work to deliver excellent work.
- In-depth research on the assigned sectors. Develop deep understanding of identified sectors.
- Ideation & Pitching of business opportunities, building pitch books and presenting these to clients

- Preparation of materials, including pitch books, financial models, information memorandum etc.
- Strong practical experience in crafting investment strategies, structuring, negotiating and monitoring deals with target companies. (ref:iimjobs.com)
