Ideapoke - AI Marketing Manager

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute AI-powered, data backed digital campaigns. You will leverage tools like Clay AI, Regie AI, Jasper, and Custom GPTs for personalized content, and platforms like Clearbit, Smartlead, LaGrowthMachine, Heybase, and Sendfox for audience segmentation and lead nurturing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, tech-forward marketing environment and can translate insights into action quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute digital campaigns using Clay AI, Regie AI, Jasper, and Custom GPTs.
- Generate real-time, personalized content across email, landing pages, and social media.
- Segment audiences with Clearbit, Smartlead, and LaGrowthMachine, and nurture leads via Sendfox and Heybase.

- Automate workflows and lead scoring using Clay, GPTs, and other tools.
- Track performance via Google Analytics, CRM, and reporting dashboards. - Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong with AI tools for content and campaign automation.
- Experience in lead gen, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
