Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and proactive candidate who can handle full-stack development, website management, CRM support, UI/UX improvements, and assist in day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be technically strong while also being capable of supporting business growth through social media handling, lead coordination, and basic marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across technology, design, and marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development & Website Management

• Develop, manage, and maintain company websites and web applications.
• Handle front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Improve website performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, forms, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
• Work on hosting, domain, deployment, and maintenance activities.

CRM Management & Support

• Support and manage the company's custom CRM platform.
• Implement CRM changes, feature updates, and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand operational requirements.
• Monitor CRM performance and resolve technical or usability issues.
• Maintain user access, reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.

UI/UX Design

• Design clean and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Improve website and CRM user experience through better layouts and workflows.
• Create wireframes, landing page concepts, and dashboard designs.
• Ensure mobile-friendly and responsive designs across platforms.

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Assist in managing company social media platforms.
• Create and upload basic marketing content, creatives, and website banners.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Handle lead inquiries from social media and website platforms.
• Make basic follow-up calls to marketing leads and maintain lead records.
• Support SEO activities and website optimization.

Technical & Software Skills Preferred

Get Hired
• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks
• Back-End: Node.js, PHP, Python, or related technologies
• Database Knowledge: MySQL / MongoDB
• CRM handling experience preferred
• UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• WordPress or CMS experience is an added advantage
