Job Description

As an Architectural Design professional, you will be responsible for designing and defining the overall architecture of Java-based applications. Your role will involve creating technical blueprints and specifications, selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure that the architecture meets business requirements and scalability needs.
In terms of Technical Leadership, you will provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and drive innovation while promoting the adoption of new technologies.

You will also be involved in System Optimization by optimizing system performance, scalability, and security. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as conducting performance testing and analysis.
Collaboration and Communication are key aspects of this role, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, project managers, and business stakeholders. You will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
In terms of Technology Evaluation, you will be required to evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools. It is essential to stay up-to-date on emerging trends in Java development and related technologies, while ensuring that security best practices are being followed.

Skills and qualifications required for this role include extensive Java expertise, proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), knowledge of Java design patterns and best practices, experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns, experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Soft skills such as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and mentorship abilities, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to make good technical decisions are also essential for this role.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role, and significant experience in software development.,
