IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Retail Banking team as a Banker-Authorizer_Pipeline. As a Banker-Authorizer_Pipeline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
Key Responsibilities:

• Authorize and process transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and targets
• Assist in the training and development of new team members

  Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
