Analyst-Fraud Control

• 0-5 Years of experience on SAS.


• Prior experience with Base SAS, SAS DI technologies based support.


• Generating the Reports through SAS Enterprise Guide and experience with SAS BI Tools.


• Good knowledge of DWH-RDBMS concepts, proficient in SQL and SAS Programming.


• Proficient in writing SQL queries for Data Extraction and good experience on working with Oracle Database.


• Past experience on Banking Domain Projects is desired


• Should have good communication skill. - Consultant must have be ready for short-term and long-term travel across India and out of India for project implementation.

Required Skills:
o Bachelor’s Degree, preferably IT
o 3-5 years of proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
o Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
o Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
o Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
o Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
o Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
o Experience with SQL preferred
o Should have exposure in being data custodians for various business verticals
Responsibilities
o Aggregating and organizing information from multiple data sources to assistance in analysis
o Manage analytical projects to deliver intelligence and data discovery capabilities
o Provide information and analysis essential for data quality improvements
o Run statistical analysis on Customer and product data
o Perform impact analysis
o Manage data quality improvement projects and processes
o Manage data mapping, data transformation logic, de-duplication rules, data cleansing activities, data massaging
o Data conversion, cleansing, data massaging, different data strategy for each business objects
o Data governance policy and adhere to business rules
o Manage customer and product data in the hub
o Manage customer hierarchy
o Create reports and presentations, deliver presentations to multi-level of internal employees
o Exposure on handling production support
o Provide solutions to the team on data quality and cleansing rules
o Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
