IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join the team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) North 1 in Rajasthan, India. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and building strong relationships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance retention and acquisition.
- Achieve sales targets to contribute to the bank's growth.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities for effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
