Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) to join our Retail Banking team at our Gwalior branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with them, while promoting our range of retail banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels, including but not limited to, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell the banks retail banking products and services to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer information and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall branch targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
