Bancassurance Sales Officer

What role you will play in team: Drive sales of insurance products through our bank branches and customer interactions.

What you will do: You will sell various insurance products offered by our bank partners to customers.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and target potential customers for insurance products.
• Present and explain insurance products effectively to customers.
• Process applications and follow up on sales leads.
• Meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  
• Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products and bank policies.
• Collaborate with bank staff to promote insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any queries.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of banking and insurance (preferred).
