Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Banker-Customer Experience in Retail Banking at our designated branch, your main focus will be to provide best in-class customer service and efficient customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build up, cross sales, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in becoming the banking partner of choice for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers on a daily basis to build up Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD), as well as cross-selling Asset & Wealth products
- Meet assigned business targets based on performance scorecard
- Provide need-based product solutions to clients and align their requirements with business objectives
- Assess customer propensity and increase product penetration per relationship
- Generate more business from existing customers through references
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Data & Information security
- Assist in addressing audit report observations
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to ensure internal and external regulatory compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to establish ourselves as the preferred banking partner
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Post-Graduation, especially an MBA, is preferred

- Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business
- Industry experience in BFSI sector
- Functional expertise in Retail Liabilities
