As a Banker-Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be based at our branch in Benaulim, Goa and will report to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable banking products and services
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products to existing customers to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager
- Keep up-to-date with the latest banking products, services, and industry trends
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
