Job Description

The Branch Operations Manager for Micro Business Loans (MBL) at Habra branch in the Retail Banking unit is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, specifically focusing on disbursement and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the disbursement process for Micro Business Loans.
- Ensuring timely processing and maintaining quality standards of loan files.

- Checking and approving MBL cases in the system according to company policies and parameters.
- Regular coordination with Sales, Credit, and FCU teams for process improvements and policy adherence.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and coaching senior team members to uphold customer-centric values, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Recruiting and retaining top talent to support the bank's ambitious growth targets.

Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Operations or Customer Service.
