Compliance Analyst

What role you will play in team: Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits.
• Prepare reports on compliance status.
• Identify and report compliance breaches.

  Support compliance training and awareness programs.
• Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a compliance role (preferred).
• Understanding of banking regulations in India.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
