Job Description
What role you will play in team:Provide excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.

Required Qualification and Skills:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations (preferred).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
