IDFC FIRST Bank is a leading financial institution in India, committed to providing innovative and customer-centric banking solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) to join our Retail Banking team in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new household customers for the bank. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire them. This is a full-time position and will require you to work from our Bengaluru branch.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential household customers and develop strategies to acquire them
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve acquisition targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  • Provide regular reports and updates on acquisition activities to the management team
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in customer acquisition
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and market trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Bengaluru is a plus
