Operations Associate - Customer Onboarding

What role you will play in team: You will be a critical member of the onboarding team, facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new customers.

What you will do: You will verify customer information, process applications, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Verify customer identity and address
• Process KYC documents and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records and update customer databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer onboarding issues
• 
  Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless onboarding
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
