What role you will play in team: You will be a critical member of the onboarding team, facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new customers.
What you will do: You will verify customer information, process applications, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
Key responsibility:
- Verify customer identity and address
- Process KYC documents and ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate records and update customer databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer onboarding issues
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless onboarding
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
