About the Role
The Senior Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst will lead enterprise-level third-party risk management activities within the Credit, Risk, Fraud Control & Vigilance function. The role involves designing and refining strategies to ensure effective operational risk coverage and alignment of the asset portfolio with the banks risk appetite. The analyst will work closely with Business/Product Heads and leaders across Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Collections to enhance governance, compliance, and efficiency in risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the banks outsourcing program and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee system implementation and rollout of the vendor management tool selected by the bank.
  • Handle regulatory and audit requirements, including reviews and examinations.
  • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Review and enhance governance processes, including managing risk committees and supporting team operations.
  • Lead system functional testing and review activities.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, as assigned.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of risk management initiatives.

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Third-Party Risk Management.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in managing outsourcing programs and vendor governance.
  • Proficiency in system implementation and functional testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
