Job Description
- IDIBIM Consultant Private Limited (a unit of Asia's leading BIM Service Provider Integrated Design Limited) is seeking a BIM Modeler to join their team. As a BIM Modeler, you will collaborate with a team to design elements according to BIM Specifications for various construction projects. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who can work effectively with minimal supervision. Your primary responsibility will involve creating model elements and ensuring their accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute BIM Modeling for specific design disciplines using REVIT/AutoCAD under the guidance of the Digital Project Manager/Digital Project Coordinator.
- Maintain model accuracy in alignment with BIM standards and project workflow criteria.
- Regularly update and synchronize models/drawings to the common data platform.
- Meet production deadlines and report progress to the Digital Project Manager/Digital Project Coordinator.
- Implement quality control measures and coordinate with other disciplines for design and model changes.
- Adhere to the BIM Execution plan and project workflow criteria.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Prepare discipline models and content for BIM coordination meetings.
- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and documents.
- Participate in workshops and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead BIM modeling activities from preconstruction to project closeout.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and handle any additional project-related duties as required.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Autodesk products.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk tools is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Synchro, Fuzor, and Revizto is advantageous.
Education & Experience:
- Candidates should hold a B.Tech or Diploma degree in engineering.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Good communication skills in English.
