Job Description

This is a golden job opportunity for experienced candidates in the role of International Customer Support Executive. As a qualified candidate, you are expected to be a minimum graduate with a typing speed of up to 30-25 WPM. Good communication skills and the ability to write emails effectively are essential for this role. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner with a strong proficiency in computer skills.
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support and email writing. The salary offered for this position ranges from INR 300,000.00 to 450,000.00 per annum. Additionally, benefits such as food provision and insurance are included.

The work schedule for this position is from Monday to Friday with night shifts from 6 pm to 4 am. The preferred education qualification is a Bachelor's degree. Experience in data entry, email writing, and customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
