1. Resolve customer complaints via inbound and outbound calls.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional voice support.

1. Good command on spoken and written English with fluency.

3. UG / Graduate both can apply.
4.Should know regional language Telugu, Malayalam with secondary language (Hindi, English)
5. Salary: UPTO 30K
