Trainee Program

This trainee program is designed for ACCA students and part-qualified candidates seeking hands-on, practical experience within a professional firm. Trainees rotate across departments and work closely with experienced professionals to build strong technical and professional skills.

• Bookkeeping & accounting
• Consultancy & business advisory

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in planning, fieldwork, and documentation
• Support preparation of financial statements and working papers
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks under supervision
• Assist with tax filings and compliance work
• Participate in consultancy and advisory assignments
• Maintain proper documentation and client records
• Comply with firm policies, professional standards, and deadlines

Essential requirements

• ACCA student or part-qualified ACCA candidate
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in professional services
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 1–2 years
• Comfortable with a full-time, office-based role in Dubai
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow

Preferred attributes

• Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
• MS Excel and basic accounting software familiarity
• Prior internship or training experience (an advantage, not mandatory)
