Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for a blend of administrative tasks, systems improvement initiatives, and supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for streamlining processes and contributing to the success of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Create Presentations based on Company Branding Guidelines
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping as needed.
- Ensure streamlining existing systems and ensure Templates are created where possible
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize systems and workflows.
- Research and recommend software or tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in the documentation and training of staff on updated procedures.
- Manage the CRM for the company
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing copy, creating graphics, and formatting materials.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Provide support in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategy development.
- Previous experience in administrative support or office management - minimum 5 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field preferred.
