Where Youll Make a Difference:

- Reduce STP query response time to under 4 hours by driving process improvements in partnership with delivery and continuous improvement teams.

- Develop ServiceNow playbooks and automations that enable STP services to be completed faster and with greater accuracy.

- Design and implement STP processes using RPA and GenAI to achieve a 20% automation target.

- Lead global STP process optimization and automation initiatives across regions.

- Integrate and enhance systems such as SAP S/4HANA, UiPath, Zycus, Moveworks, Concur, and ServiceNow to improve end to end performance.

- Track KPIs and use data driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Support transformation projects across global GBS centers in India, Mexico, Hungary, Spain, and China.

- Datadriven problem solver with the ability to break complex issues into actionable priorities.

- Effective influencer who guides teams toward high impact outcomes.

- Over 7 years of experience in SourcetoPay (S2P) or GBS transformation roles.

- Experienced in process design, automation (RPA, AI/ML), and SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.

- Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, data driven solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Proven track record of leading cross functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high impact transformation projects.

- Strong blend of process expertise and digital fluency, leveraging automation and emerging technologies to create scalable, future ready solutions.
