Your team
This role is part of the Transfers team based out of the Bangalore office. You will be part of a global operations team responsible for managing client asset transfers, ensuring accurate, timely processing and delivering a seamless customer experience across markets.
Your role in the Teams Success
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to become a key member of our welcoming and collaborative Stock Transfer Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of stock transfer cases, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
What Youll Do
Key responsibilities:
- Process Stock Transfers: Efficiently manage the transfer of assets in and out of IG.
- Perform all tasks related to stock transfers i.e reviewing transfer form for errors, entering instructions in IGs systems, performing settlement checks and monitoring end to end request until closure.
- Client Communication: Proactively follow up with clients and brokers on transfer cases through calls and emails.
- Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of instructions in the systems to ensure accuracy.
- System Management: Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information.
- Escalation Handling: Manage escalations from clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all stock transfer processes meet regulatory requirements.
We are looking for self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times.
We Are Looking For Below Skills
- Basic understanding of stock broking and associated services.
- Familiarity with the risks associated with Stock Transfers and knowledge on regulatory requirements for UK related to stock transfer will be a plus
- Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in any shift
- Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help the team members during peak times
- Excellent organizational skill
- Deadline/delivery conscious and flexible to changing priorities.
