Job responsibilities for this Executive Technical Assistant position include:

• Lead and coordinate multiple (two or three) applied research projects at the institute, and other independent projects on a time-to-time basis
• Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document and manage the project
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across different organizations, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering and management teams
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders

• Interface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings and presentations in a proactive manner.
• Help manage scope, timelines and quality of research output in projects
• Recommend tools, methods and processes to help improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution
• Serve as a single point contact for project related requests from stakeholders
• Create, maintain and update presentations related to various project engagements

An ideal candidate will meet these requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering (Master&aposs degree is preferred) or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams
• Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
