Business Process Re-engineering Consultant

What role you will play in team: Lead and participate in business process re-engineering projects, working closely with clients to redesign processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will do: Analyze current state processes, design future state processes, and implement changes to achieve desired outcomes.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting process assessments and gap analysis.
• Designing and documenting future-state business processes.
• Developing and implementing process improvement plans.
• Training clients on new processes and procedures.

  Managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in business process re-engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of process mapping and modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
