Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Engage with builders, hospitality, corporates, real estate agents to generate leads and establish partnerships.
- Responsible for the revenue targets and company growth targets.
- Conduct cold calls and set meetings with top management to present company offers.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress toward targets and goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and
- foster relationships.
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Both Freshers & Experience candidates are eligible and experience in business development or sales with a Design firm or Builders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in Canva is a plus
- Must have a personal vehicle for field visits. Open to outstation travel for business meets.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
- Prefered Interior Knowledge.
