Job Description

At III Studio, we are a multidisciplinary design and architecture studio known for crafting bold, functional, and emotionally engaging spaces. Our work spans residential and commercial experience-driven environments. With a design-first approach and a growing portfolio, were constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and collaboration.
Were a young and energetic team that values innovation, storytelling, and meaningful partnerships. As we continue to scale, were looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for design and can help translate our creative potential into new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential clients and market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Engage with builders, hospitality, corporates, real estate agents to generate leads and establish partnerships.
  • Responsible for the revenue targets and company growth targets.
  • Conduct cold calls and set meetings with top management to present company offers.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress toward targets and goals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and
  • foster relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Both Freshers & Experience candidates are eligible and experience in business development or sales with a Design firm or Builders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in Canva is a plus

  • Must have a personal vehicle for field visits. Open to outstation travel for business meets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Prefered Interior Knowledge.
