Job Description

At III Studio, we are a multidisciplinary design and architecture studio known for crafting bold, functional, and emotionally engaging spaces. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through online and offline lead generation channels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate closely with designers and architects to prepare proposals and estimates
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely closure of deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales data using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Stay updated on interior design materials, execution processes, pricing, and industry trends
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development within the interior design or architectural industry
  • Strong understanding of interior design fundamentals, materials, workflows, and project execution
  • Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

  • Hindi and local language proficiency is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
