Job Description
- IILM University is inviting applications from faculty members to teach Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in various fields of psychology. The ideal candidates will have expertise in areas such as Positive Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and many more specializations.
As a faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students at both levels, as well as providing mentorship and engaging in academic and administrative duties within the institution. It is essential that you maintain an active research agenda, with a focus on publishing two or more papers in professional peer-reviewed journals each year.
For the position of Professor, a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in a university or college setting is required, along with a track record of guiding doctoral-level research and a minimum of 10 publications in books or research papers. Associate Professors should have at least 10 years of teaching or research experience, with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications. Assistant Professors should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and either a Master's degree with NET/SLET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree.
