Farmer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farmer to join our team. As a Farmer, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and production of agricultural goods. You will be responsible for overseeing daily farming operations, including planting, watering, harvesting, and maintaining crops. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and a passion for sustainable agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of farming practices and a desire to contribute to the growth of our farm.
Responsibilities

• Cultivate and care for crops including planting, watering, and fertilizing
• Monitor crop health and manage diseases, pests, and weeds
• Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
• Harvest and package crops according to quality standards
• 
  Maintain accurate records of planting, harvesting, and crop yields
• Assist in the development and implementation of farm plans and strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations on the farm
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Farmer or similar role
