HR Business Partner

What role you will play in team: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and improve employee experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with experience in a business partner role preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
