Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires, creating a positive first impression of the company.
What you will do: You will manage the entire onboarding process, from pre-boarding to post-boarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program.
- Manage the pre-boarding process, including communication with new hires.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, including background checks and I-9 forms.
- Conduct new hire orientations and training sessions.
- Track new hire progress and provide support.
- Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or onboarding (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
