Job Description
- You will join Integrated Information Services Pvt. Ltd., a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to providing cost-effective and quality-centric back office processing services, background checks, corporate training, and software solutions to clients in various industries worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the quality of data and reports delivered to clients
- Mentoring and guiding the team to meet expected deliverables
- Coordinating closely with the operations team to meet deadlines and escalating any process lapses to management
- Previous experience in Background Check (BGC) organizations would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple work pressures effectively
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
