- Deliver sustained revenue growth, profitability and market expansions for all the business lines

- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships and diversification avenues.
- Own the P&L for all the business lines ensuring strong financial discipline, forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent achievement of financial and operational goals.
- Build, mentor and coach a team focused on performance and accountability.
