Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, HCM, OIC)
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD)
- Conduct UAT sessions with business users
- Provide production support and issue resolution
Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher / OTBI
- Work on data migration using FBDI / HDL / HSDL
- Create and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support extensions using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Act as module lead for small projects or enhancements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications
- Experience in at least one module: Finance / HCM / OIC
- Hands-on with:
- BI Publisher
- OTBI Reports
- FBDI / HDL
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of business processes

Preferred Skills:

- Prior client-facing experience
Experience:
- 2+ years in Oracle Fusion (Techno-Functional role)
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce or related field

- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently
